Fitness At St. Anne's
Couch to 5k
Have you ever wanted to complete a 5k race but you just haven't had the motivation or the time to train? Are you just wanting to get back or begin a regular exercise routine? Join St. Anne's Couch to 5k run/walk program and make your dream a reality.
Group sessions will run approximately 45 min in length and will consist of stretching, running-walking intervals, and core work. We completed our first training period and we will be looking to dates to begin a new group soon!
This is a great program to bring a friend to! The program is very appropriate for new moms/dads, stroller pushing parents, first-time runners, and those who were previously injured, and people of all ages!
For group runs please bring the following: Water, Towel, Good Shoes, Comfortable Exercise Attire, and A Smile!
