Following our latest required Community Meeting, which was held on May 21st, the Preliminary Plan was submitted to the county on Tuesday of this week. The first round of meetings and county approval was for the "conditional use" permit that is required for us to build the building with our current zoning.
The preliminary plan goes into more detail and approves the subdivision of our property. During this time the county will review even more aspects of the design such as forest conservation, etc. making sure that conditions set by the examiner for the conditional use permit have been followed. Mission First our partner in this project will also now begin to secure all the financing and contractors for the project.
Keep the prayers going as we are in the hands of the county as far as timing. But we are getting closer and we will be breaking ground before we know it!
