Your First Visit at St. Anne’s
We can't wait to meet you! Please be our guest. Please join us for worship in person or by livestream on Facebook or Youtube.
Here is what you can expect:
Sunday Services are at 8am (onsite only) and 10:00am (onsite and online).
We are located at 25100 Ridge Road (Route 27) between Clarksburg and Damascus. Look for a big sign and a waterfall at our driveway entrance.
We have plenty of parking, including reserved slots for visitors.
Expect to be greeted and welcomed. We are happy you are joining us, and we want to say hello and get to know you. If you want, we would love to have you give us your contact information so our priest can reach out to you. This is, of course, optional.
There will be a service guide (also called a bulletin) available. It contains everything you need to participate in worship.
At various points in the service, we will sit, stand, sing, speak out loud and kneel. You might notice slight differences in how people do these things, because we all have different backgrounds and learned differently at different times. You can do as much or as little as you want.
Our Sunday worship service lasts about an hour or a little more.
Holy Eucharist, also called communion, will be celebrated. The priest will give us all instructions.
Children are welcome in worship, even when they make noise. Bring them with you!
Part way through the service, we will share the peace. This is when we greet one another, saying “peace” or “peace be with you” or “hi, nice to see you!”
Restrooms are located in the main entry hallway and are handicapped accessible.
Please join us for coffee and snacks in the parish hall after the 10 a.m. worship service. This is a relaxed way for us to get to know one another better. Stay for just a few minutes or as long as you want.
